Honda Malaysia to launch mobile service program
Honda Malaysia (HMSB) has announced that it will soon expand its after-sales service with the introduction of a mobile service program. Aiming to make car servicing and maintenance more convenient for its customers, appointments for mobile service can be booked through the HondaTouch app, and the mobile team will then travel to provide the services at a selected location. by the customer.
The company said the decision to introduce the new service option was aimed at enhancing the brand’s after-sales service experience, which is one of its main goals this year.
A quick check of the HondaTouch app reveals access to the mobile service is not yet listed, but according to HMSB the program will begin in the near future, with the service being made available through some of its dealerships.
At least one Honda dealership has been ahead of the game – in April last year, on its own initiative, Honda dealership Weststar Auto introduced such a service for its customers in the Klang Valley. Services available through its mobile program include scheduled maintenance, engine oil and oil filter replacement, brake pad inspection and replacement, and battery replacement. The mobile team is also able to perform product recall work.
